Overview
We are currently recruiting for Receptionists to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK\’s only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
Want to make a great first impression? In this crucial customer facing role, the Reception team alternate between our five Hotels and it\’s vital that the team work together as it\’s the guests\’ first and last impression that really counts. You\’ll be responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues, cash and key handling as well as ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of guest issues and ensure information is passed to the correct department.
- Handle cash and keys as part of daily reception duties.
- Provide a high-quality first and last impression for guests across five hotels.
Shift patterns
- Early shift pattern: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Late shift pattern: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
