What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working across 5 unique properties, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
  • Greet and assist guests of all ages with luggage and hotel information.
  • Assist our guests with any in-room requests such as TVs, heating/air conditioning units and much more.
  • Uphold the standards of tidiness of the hotel properties and grounds to ensure everything is spotless for our guests!
  • Be a positive, helpful presence in the hotel reception and public areas – always ready with a smile.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and helpful individuals who love to go above and beyond.
  • A proactive attitude and a can-do approach to solving problems.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
  • A good level of physical fitness, as it involves a significant amount of walking throughout the day.
  • Previous hotel or guest service experience is a bonus – but not essential as you’ll be trained on the job. It’s your attitude, personality and passion that matter most!

You’ll also take responsibility for the safe handling of guest property, delivering it to their rooms as well as being on hand for any additional help they may need during their stay. In this role, you could work in any of our amazing hotels.
