Merlin Entertainments' London Eye is seeking a Ride Shift Leader to support the Ride Manager and lead the team in delivering a safe, smooth and memorable guest experience for visitors from around the world.

This permanent, full-time role operates on a rota 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will balance leading your team with hands-on operating tasks, maintain high safety standards and ensure guests are warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
