Overview

As a Resource Associate within Planning and Business Support, you help streamline onboarding, recruitment, and training for frontline teams. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive start and identifying development opportunities. You’ll coordinate on-site recruitment and inductions, shape training plans, and secure the right skills coverage while upholding health, safety, and compliance. Working with operational teams and the UK People Hub, you drive employee performance, conduct processes, and keep stakeholders updated to support guest KPIs. This role offers varied scheduling and a meaningful impact on the guest experience and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-site recruitment activities, raise requisitions, track candidate availability
  • Deliver engaging site inductions to prepare new hires
  • Develop and maintain frontline training plans and monitor completion
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure appropriate skill coverage while meeting H&S/compliance requirements
  • Lead employee performance and conduct processes, focusing on ride-related health, safety, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to Resort Management
  • Partner with the UK People Hub for HR processes and escalation as needed

Key requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or resource coordination role (preferred)
  • Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements for rides (preferred)
  • Familiarity with onboarding, training, absence management and Employee Relations processes
  • Experience in recruitment coordination is advantageous
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear and engaging communication skills for inductions and training
