Housekeeping - Public Area Cleaner (Days)
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 - hours between 07.00 and 17.30.
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Seasonal until January 2027.
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are recruiting for a Housekeeping - Public Area Cleaner (Days) to join our AWESOME team!
Our Public Area Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and preparing all public spaces across our three onsite, fully themed hotels - the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND Castle Hotel and the LEGOLAND Woodland Village. We're looking for team members with a keen eye for detail, who are always seeking new ways to surprise and delight our guests with your high standards - as they enjoy the Ultimate LEGO® Sleepover and stay in the heart of LEGOLAND!
What you'll be doing...
Working across all three accommodations, you'll undertake deep cleaning of public areas - helping to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation with great attention to detail.

Maintaining high standards in all public areas - including reception lobbies, changing rooms, guest corridors, dwell areas, entertainment venues and toilet blocks.

Duties will include cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, emptying bins and supporting the wider Hotel Team with chemical related cleaning.

Responding quickly to droppages, spills or hygiene spills.
- Following all COSHH training, risk assessments and company health and safety procedures - and keeping your training up to date at all times.
- As a guest facing role, you'll be at the heart of surprising and delighting our guests as they enjoy the Ultimate LEGO Sleepover!
Qualifications & Experience
- Please ensure that you are able to meet the availability requirements of this role - five days out of seven, which will involve weekend and Bank Holiday working, and shift times between the hours of 07.00 to 17.30.
- Due to the shift times involved, please ensure you have considered your travel to and from the Resort.
- Previous experience of working within a cleaning function is desired.
- We are looking for candidates who are self motivated and able to work alone when required - with high standards of cleanliness and good attention to detail.
- This role will involve being on your feet for long periods of time - along with heavy lifting, bending and reaching, so please consider this prior to applying.
- Successful applicants will need to be able to communicate clearly with our guests and your colleagues.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Housekeeping - Public Area Cleaner (Days)to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
