We’re seeking a commercially minded Head of Creative & Media Marketing to lead a talented team delivering innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns and activations that drive consumer demand and achieve revenue targets for your cluster. You will be part of a Go-to-Market team, working closely with performance marketing, social media, PR, membership and loyalty, corporate, schools and groups, with regional support from SEO/GEO, Consumer Proposition and Indirect Sales.
Global Marketing will act as a Centre of Excellence, providing strategic direction, specialist expertise and best-practice frameworks to support regional and cluster execution. You will collaborate closely with teams across the Growth function, including Global Brand and Global Insights and Strategy, as well as key partners outside the function such as Finance, People and Merlin Magic Making, Merlin’s innovation arm.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 7 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism or retail
- Proven ability to deliver integrated, digitally led marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a global organisation and collaborating with regional teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Data-driven, analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions
- Experience managing complex budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI
- A customer-first approach and passion for the entertainment and tourism industry
