Your Role

  • Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions.
  • Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational, and unforgettable experience.
  • Share your passion for the weird, wonderful, and totally gross creatures of the ocean.
  • Whether you’re helping someone choose the perfect souvenir or sharing fun facts about our animals, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

This is a seasonal contract offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Friendly, hardworking, and full of energy – with a big "can-do" attitude.
  • A natural communicator with excellent listening and motivational skills.
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles and confident in upselling and promoting products.
  • Dynamic, fun, and ready to dive in to make every guest’s day extra special!
