From keeping operations flowing to ensuring every latte, scoop, and pizza meets Merlin’s brand standards, you’ll balance guest experience with commercial performance.
With your commercial mindset, you’ll track sales trends, review menus, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through clever pricing, upselling and exciting new product ranges. Behind the scenes, you’ll ensure compliance with food safety regulations, stock control and efficient ordering, all while leading, coaching and developing your team to success.
This is a full‑time permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, including a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.
