Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our First Aid team!
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the First Aid department, ensuring excellent care for guests and staff across the resort.
- Lead, develop, and support the First Aid team, managing rotas, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Work closely with the Security and Incident Manager to ensure effective incident response, accurate reporting, and compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.
- Handle recruitment, inductions, and welfare support, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
- Manage departmental budgets responsibly, drive operational improvements, and act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, providing strong leadership and coordination during resort operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification (3-day FAW).
- Previous leadership or management experience in a first aid or emergency response environment.
- Previous experience working with children.
- Extended First Response Qualifications (e.g. FREC3) would be desirable.
- Applicants need to be over 18 years old due to the nature of the role.
