Overview

In this role you drive admissions revenue strategy for Merlin’s UK attractions, partnering with cross-functional leaders to turn analytics into revenue growth.

You’ll influence trading decisions, manage a high-performing revenue team, and scale data-driven pricing across channels.

The role blends rigorous analysis with leadership to deliver measurable financial outcomes.

You’ll contribute to Merlin’s growth by shaping product launches and commercial initiatives for UK destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional admissions revenue strategy and trading performance for the UK
  • Lead pricing, optimisation, and channel strategies using performance data and market insights
  • Identify growth opportunities and test innovative revenue ideas
  • Partner with Go-to-Market, Marketing, E-Commerce, Trade, Consumer Proposition, Operations and Finance to translate insights into action
  • Synthesize data and performance narratives for senior leadership and governance reviews
  • Lead cross-functional product and promotional launches to optimise commercial outcomes
  • Share insights and best practices across Merlin’s Revenue Management community
  • Develop and coach the UK Revenue Management team to build capability and performance.
  • Key requirements
  • 10+ years in revenue management, pricing or consultancy
  • Experience in theme parks, travel, tourism or similar demand-led environment (preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and influencing strategy
  • Advanced analytics, forecasting and commercial insight to drive revenue outcomes
  • Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science or similar quantitative discipline
  • Customer-first mindset and growth-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior executives
