About the Role - Director of Product
In this pivotal leadership role, you will own and drive the product strategy and execution for our mobile-first hospitality platform, focused on premium queuing, commerce, and seamless customer experiences for major food and beverage (MFB) environments. As part of a new Digital and Data transformation, you will step in to lead mobile product development and shape the next phase of innovation and growth.
- Define and lead the end-to-end mobile product strategy across premium queuing, commerce, and digital customer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of the mobile product experience based on customer insights, data, and emerging technology trends.
- Champion the voice of the customer in a B2C environment, ensuring intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable user experiences.
- Establish agile product processes and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
- Experience delivering commerce-related features (e.g. payments, inventory, ordering, digital queuing).
