Compensation between GBP £10.10/Hr. – GBP £12.31/Hr.

Base pay range
In this role you will report to the Costume Manager and the Costume Maintenance Supervisor. You will be responsible for making sure the Alton Towers Resort performers present a clean, tidy, the correct and easily recognisable image to our guests. Predominantly you\’ll be maintaining costumes and caring for the upkeep of costume characters. This includes washing, ironing, repairs, alterations, fittings, and cooperating with performers daily. This role is full time, with flexibility for weekends and bank holidays required.
Responsibilities
- Manage availability of costumes for cast members to include: Collection, laundering of costumes and repair if necessary.
- Return costumes to show venues as required.
- Assist in dressing cast members during performances.
- Ensure quality control of costumes.
- Assist in running of the hire department, taking of stock, storage and some cash handling.
- Proactively communicate with cast members to ensure quality of costumes.
- Provide support to the daily operation of the costume Wardrobe department.
