Merlin Entertainments at Thorpe Park, Chertsey, is recruiting a Zonal Operations Lead to supervise front-line staff across rides, retail and guest services. You’ll drive excellent guest experiences, coach teams, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with the Zonal Operations Managers.
You’ll act as Duty Manager at times, conduct health and safety checks, manage downtime on attractions, and support training and development.
