Calling all chocolate lovers! Ready to step into a world packed with fun, discovery and plenty of chocolate? We’re looking for passionate Cadbury World Hosts to join our team at Cadbury World and help create moments our guests will never forget.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our chocolatey wonderland, welcoming guests, hosting experiences and bringing the Cadbury story to life through engaging demonstrations and confident microphone hosting. From Admissions and queue management to live chocolate demonstrations and supporting experiences across the Exhibition, 4D Chocolate Adventure and Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride, you’ll play a key part in making every visit feel special.
You’ll share the rich history of Cadbury in a fun, interactive way, entertain guests of all ages and encourage them to get involved, taste the chocolate, snap photos and explore everything Cadbury World has to offer. You’ll also help keep the attraction running smoothly, looking after equipment, maintaining high standards across the site and always putting health and safety first.
Guest experience sits at the centre of everything you do. You’ll treat every visitor as an individual, think on your feet and go the extra mile to deliver a visit that feels sweet, surprising and truly memorable. Along the way, you’ll promote and sell our delicious products, helping to achieve sales targets while sharing your love of chocolate and creating lasting memories.
These are fixed term, seasonal roles, offering 10 hours per week. During term time, hours may be higher, with up to 40 hours available. Shifts fall between 8:45am and 7pm and include weekends, with the occasional weekday.
Responsibilities:- Experience in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Confident speaking to large groups, including using a microphone
- A fun, friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest experience
- Health and safety focused, fun is great, but safety comes first
- Happy working on your feet and outdoors in all weathers
- Proficient English with good eyesight and hearing, aids welcome
- Cash handling experiences helpful but not essential, full training provided
- A positive attitude that’s as sweet as chocolate itself
