We’re looking for experienced high-volume recruiters to join our Shared Services team. As a UK Volume Recruitment Executive you will oversee the hiring process for a wide range of hourly, seasonal, and entry-level roles across all sites across the UK. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure the efficient and timely filling of positions. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining a world-class guest experience by ensuring the right talent is in place across our attractions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, with proven ability to source talent from various channels.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, particularly for hourly and seasonal roles.
- Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Time management skills, and a keen sense of urgency.
