What you\’ll bring to the team
Get ready to come face-to-fin with some of the strangest creatures you’ll ever meet…AT NIGHT! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sleepover Assistant to help create the most inspirational and outstanding visitor experiences during our sleepover events at SEA LIFE Loch Lomond.
This will be a step-up position where you will perform general host duties and then run and manage the sleepovers that are booked at our SEA LIFE centre.
The position requires you to help look after the guests and the attraction overnight, creating positive memorable memories for our guests, liaising with the group leaders, managing the hosts who are completing the tours and completing routine building checks.
Full training will be provided, including first aid training.
This is a fixed term role, offering contracted hours between 15-16 per week. Shifts are usually 9pm to 6.30am. Hours will include weekends, school, and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to role-model what great customer service looks like
- A self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Responsible, confident, and full of initiative
