About the Role:
As aRide Host, you’ll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all our guests have a magical and safe experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world-class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill-seekers!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met
- Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures
- Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator
- Support in daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions

We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to create a positive guest experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met
- Able to work by themselves and as part of a team
- A head for heights would be beneficial
- No previous experience is necessary! We provide full training to all team members.
