Ready to be part of an adventure surrounded by glittering scales, humongous tentacles, and razor-sharp smiles? At SEA LIFE London Aquarium, we’re hunting for passionate Retail and Bar Assistants to help create unforgettable moments for our guests!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the friendly face behind the till, shop floor, or bar.
  • Welcome every guest like they’re stepping into a magical underwater world.
  • Keep the shop stocked, spotless and looking shipshape, merchandised to perfection.
  • Use your savvy to upsell sea-themed treasures and bar delights, smashing targets with every chat.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly (Must be 18+ or turning 18 by July 1st).
  • Spot sneaky stock loss and report it; we don’t like pirates in our crew.
  • Help keep our aquatic playground safe, clean and running smooth, games, tech, and all.
  • Know your fish facts and shop prices by answering guest questions like a true SEA LIFE insider.
  • Jump in with ideas to make our guest experience even more fin-tastic.
  • Keep queues short and spirits high, because nobody likes waiting (except maybe sharks).

These roles are seasonal, offering a minimum of 10 hours per week (predominantly weekends). Our attractions are open daily, so flexibility is needed during peak times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or guest-facing role
  • Confidence in upselling and chatting with guests of all ages
  • A flexible, can-do attitude (our attraction is open 7 days a week)
  • A keen eye for detail – presentation and cleanliness are key
  • A real passion for giving guests the best day ever
