Hours: Full time, seasonal contract until November 2025, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONDay to day this role will include:
- Support with the departmental administrative tasks
- Handling and recording absence calls
- Responding to any scheduling queries whilst maintaining our time and attendance system
- Work closely with the Resource Planners and key department stakeholders across the business to ensure that the timely provision of all resourcing and rota needs are met

Qualifications & Experience- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and being able to prioritise effectively
