Hours: Full time any 5 days out of 7, 5pm – 1am
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our AWESOME Hotel Twilight Team!
Joining the team as a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay.
You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.
The Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader is a key role in our Hotel operation, and you will drive your team to excellence by ensuring room inspections are thorough and timely, employee relations concerns are dealt with professionally in partnership with the People Team, stock levels are maintained appropriately, and your team are fully trained and assessed to deliver the high level of service that our overnight guests expect.
Of course that’s just for starters! This role is varied and will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop their people management skills and, in turn, have a positive impact on our guest KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working in a supervisory position in a hotel setting is essential
- Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
- Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
- Experience leading a team is advantageous
- This is a physical, hands-on role so you will be comfortable to be on your feet undertaking physical work for long periods of time
- Relevant travel arrangements for shifts finishing at 1am
- Due to the shift times candidates must be over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
