Calling all chocolate lovers! Are you ready to join the team at Cadbury World and create chocolatey memories that’ll last a lifetime? We’re on the lookout for Guest Experience Team Members to join our Front of House Operations team!
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be the face of our chocolatey wonderland. From managing attraction queues to chatting with guests over the microphone, you’ll make sure every visitor leaves with a sweet taste in their mouth (and a chocolate bar in hand, of course!). You’ll keep everything running smoothly, taking care of our equipment and ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
You’ll be obsessed with making our guests’ experiences extraordinary. You’ll treat each guest like royalty, making their visit feel as special as a chocolate fondue fountain. With a deep knowledge of our products, you’ll encourage guests to join in on activities, grab a photo, and even explore all our other exciting Merlin attractions!
We’re offering 5 hours minimum during term time and up to 25 hours during school holidays, perfect for those studying. Shifts are between 8:45am and 7pm and will include weekends, with the odd weekday.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- An outgoing personality and a passion for delivering a chocolatey awesome experience
- Health and safety conscious – we like to keep things fun AND safe!
- Confidence in talking to groups with a microphone (you’ll be the voice of Cadbury World!)
- Proficient in English with good eyesight and hearing (contact lenses, glasses, or hearing aids are welcome!)
- A sense of fun that’s as sweet as chocolate itself!
