We’re now searching for an exceptional Creative Producer on a fixed term contract with a passion for live events and immersive experiences to join our newly formed Events Team. You’ll help shape unforgettable moments across some of Merlin’s most iconic attractions, working with beloved global IPs and creating sharable, guest-first experiences that surprise and delight.
About the Role
As Creative Producer, you’ll be at the heart of the projects, supporting the creative development and execution of standout seasonal events and brand activations, from the very first spark of an idea through to on-site delivery. You’ll be the critical bridge between creative vision and operational excellence, making sure everything is on-brand, on-brief, on-time and on-budget.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will see you working across teams, countries and creative disciplines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, global IP partners and external suppliers to bring bold ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing

Work closely with Creative Leads to run Event projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets and creative output

Translate concepts into physical experiences, supervising art direction and ensuring high-quality delivery

Collaborate closely with Ops, Marketing, Delivery and Creative teams to align project goals

Manage third-party suppliers including AV, fabrication and performance partners

Support international site visits, ensuring consistency across attractions

Present to senior stakeholders and IP partners, keeping everyone aligned and informed

Propose new ideas and improvements, ensuring we learn and evolve with each event

Ensure everything complies with brand, safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications & Experience

A strong track record of producing high-quality, guest-centric events (agency and/or in-house experience)

Experience in live shows, interactive tech, AV and themed environments

Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders

Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and supplier negotiations

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of technical drawings

Ability to travel internationally as needed

A collaborative, can-do spirit with a knack for inspiring teams and partners
