As a Call Centre Advisor (UK Short Breaks), you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping them with enquiries and bookings across phone, email, and live chat. Whether it’s offering expert advice, upselling exciting products, or simply ensuring every guest feels valued, you’ll play a key role in crafting memorable experiences.
There are 9 openings for this position on a fixed-term basis until 30th November 2025, based at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, and offers a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours a week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly, professional responses to guest enquiries.
- Seamlessly managing bookings using our dedicated system.
- Offering additional products to enhance guest experiences and smashing sales targets along the way!
- Staying updated on Merlin attractions and promotions, becoming a trusted advisor to guests.
- Collaborating with your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in customer service, contact centres, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for engaging with people.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
