What you\’ll bring to the team
Ever fancied being part of the scariest and funniest journey through Blackpool’s most perilous past? Do you revel in being mischievous and have a penchant for the dark side of life? We’re bringing together an outstanding cast of theatrical actors to help transport our guests back in history and recount tales of Blackpool\’s murky past!
There’s a variety of characters to sink your teeth into; one day you could be portraying the infamous Witch of Woodplumton – Meg Shelton or even Judge Blackheart. Therefore, your ability to learn scripts quickly and deliver strong, strict performances will be paramount, as well as displaying high stamina and strong vocal ability.
Our trainers work hard to make sure that our cast are constantly delivering freakishly high standard shows, so we’ll need you to embrace any directions given.
This is a seasonal role contracted until November 2025. Flexibility is needed as you’ll be required to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday seasons on a roster basis.

Qualifications & Experience
- Outstanding at performing scripts and character acting
- Good knowledge of voice control and taking direction to deliver consistently high standard shows
- Performance skills that could be utilized to create memorable experiences for our guests
- A BA (Hons) or equivalent in Acting, Performance, Performing Arts, Theatre or similar (desirable)
- At least 18 years or older
