Responsibilities:
- Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
- Support promotions and ensure they run smoothly.
- Deliver customer service aligned with company standards, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately under the complaints policy.
- Log all interactions with customers in accordance with policies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
- Provide customers with product knowledge to support their journey and enjoyment.
- Understand and implement safeguarding policies.
- Discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees and customers on any protected ground.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Industry and compliance training will be provided.
