Responsibilities

  • Maintain housekeeping standards, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and report suspicious or disruptive actions.
  • Assist with administration with 100% accuracy.
  • Support the smooth running of promotions.
  • Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating as appropriate per the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during the shift and log interactions in accordance with policies.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge to support their journey.
  • Understand and implement safeguarding policies and challenge harassment, victimisation or discrimination.
