Position Overview

Pay Rate: £13.25 - £14.75 per hour
Night Rate: £14.75 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00

Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Passion for providing first‑class service
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Attention to detail
- Industry and compliance training will be given
Duties
- Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered suspicious and/or disruptive.
- Assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
- Carry out customer service in line with company standards and result in customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers through your shift and intervene as appropriate; log such interactions in accordance with policies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to, whilst on duty.
- Achieve, maintain and impart to customers great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
- Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
