The predicted salary is between 13.84 - 13.84 £ per hour.

Hours: 40 per week. Pay: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour, with a night rate of £13.84 per hour for shifts between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure venue housekeeping is always of the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customers’ actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
  • Deliver customer service that meets company standards and results in 'customer satisfaction'.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating as appropriate in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during the shift and log interactions per policy.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code while on duty.
  • Acquire and share product knowledge to enhance the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Understand and apply company policies and procedures around safeguarding, and actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for providing first‑class service.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Will attend industry and compliance training.
