Responsibilities

  • Maintain housekeeping standards, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Serve service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions.
  • Assist with administration, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
  • Provide customer service meeting company standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during the shift, logging interactions per policy.
  • Maintain a high personal appearance, adhering to the brand dress code.
  • Develop product knowledge to enhance the customer journey.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, anti‑harassment and anti‑discrimination policies; actively discourage harassment or discrimination.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
  • Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexible and willing to work on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and develop; industry and compliance training will be provided.
