Position: Team Member – Nights – Part Time – Newmarket

Hours per Week: 30

Pay Rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour. Night Rate: £13.84 per hour (23:00-06:00).

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or gambling environment
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work a rota, including weekends and Bank Holidays

  • Will be able to undertake industry and compliance training (provided)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure venue housekeeping is at the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
  • Deliver service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive conduct.
  • Assist with accurate administration as required.
  • Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
  • Provide customer service aligned with company standards, achieving high satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately following the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during the shift and intervene as needed, logging all interactions per policy.
  • Maintain high personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code while on duty.
  • Develop and apply product knowledge to support customers’ journeys.
  • Understand and apply safeguarding policies, actively discouraging harassment, victimisation, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
