Position: Team Member – Nights – Part Time (Newark)

Hours and Pay: 24 hours per week. Pay £12.84 - £13.84 per hour. Night rate £13.84 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure venue housekeeping meets highest standards, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
  • Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive actions.
  • Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
  • Help run promotions smoothly and successfully.
  • Carry out customer service in line with company standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate per the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code while on duty.
  • Achieve, maintain, and impart product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Get a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
