Venue Manager – Eltham. Salary: £40,060.80 per annum plus bonus opportunities. Hours per week: 45.

Key responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of a licensed gaming centre.
- Champion company standards and best practice within the venue.
- Plan, implement and monitor marketing, promotional activities and events.
- Ensure physical and personal security, cash/assets control and risk minimisation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
- Operate in accordance with LCCP and all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and train staff, manage rotas, performance and conduct.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- Monitor and analyse machine income levels and achieve KPIs and audit targets.
- Adhere to health and safety practices, safeguarding and social responsibility measures.
- Respond to customer feedback and enquiries promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and enforce brand dress code.
- Prevent harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind.
- Key qualifications and experience
- Management experience within retail, hospitality or the gambling sector.
- Experience with management reporting, budgeting, profit and loss analysis and administration.
- Ability to create staff rotas and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing working hours, including day and night shifts where required.
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
