Responsibilities
- Maintain highest standards of venue housekeeping, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive activity.
- Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
- Ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately per the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers throughout the shift, logging interactions as required.
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
- Offer product knowledge to support customer journey and enjoyment.
- Understand and apply safeguarding policies and challenge any harassment, discrimination, or victimisation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexible and able to work a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
