Responsibilities
- Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, regularly cleaning equipment, floors, walls and surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Assist with administration accurately.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards resulting in high satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during your shift and log interactions per policy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
- Achieve and impart great product knowledge to support customer enjoyment.
- Understand and apply safeguarding policies; actively discourage harassment or discrimination.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Passion for providing first‑class service.
- Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
