Position: Team Member – Part Time – Nights (Thetford)

Hours Per Week: 24

Pay Rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour (Night Rate: £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00)

About You:

We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. Required qualities include:

  • Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Deliver service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviours, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
  • Carry out customer service in line with company standards and achieve “customer satisfaction”.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during the shift and intervene as appropriate, logging interactions in accordance with policies.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and ensure the brand dress code is always adhered to while on duty.
  • Achieve, maintain and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Understand all company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the basis of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
