About You

- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Assist with administration tasks accurately.
- Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards to achieve satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions as required.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
- Share product knowledge to support the customer journey.
- Understand and enforce safeguarding policies and challenge harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees or customers.
