About the Role
- Ensure venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
- Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
- Carry out customer service in line with company standards, delivering “customer satisfaction”.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Intervene with customers during shifts as appropriate, logging interactions per policy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and brand dress code.
- Achieve and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey.
- Understand company policies and procedures around safeguarding; actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience delivering customer service in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
- Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop; industry and compliance training will be given.
