Responsibilities:
- Work as a Team Member to make customers feel welcome and help create the atmosphere for a great gaming experience.
- Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Assist with service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive activity.
- Assist with administration as required to achieve 100% accuracy.
- Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
- Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and aims for customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate per the complaints policy.
- Engage with customers during shifts; log interactions in accordance with policies.
- Maintain personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code while on duty.
- Develop product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
- Understand company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25; actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills with a passion for first-class service.
- Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop; attention to detail.
- Industry and compliance training will be provided.
