Position: Supervisor Nights - Part Time - Acocks Green. Hours per week: 34. Pay rate: £13.53 – £14.53 per hour. Night rate: £14.53 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the opening, trading and closure of the venue.
- Assist the venue manager in day‑to‑day activities of the venue.
- Monitor interior and exterior standards and ensure housekeeping requirements are met.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards and maximise income where possible.
- Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Support senior managers to maximise business opportunities within the venue.
- Ensure venue cash handling is carried out in a timely and accurate manner in line with procedures.
- Adhere to Company security procedures and conduct regular checks of floats and keys.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Complete daily/weekly/periodical administration to the required standard.
- Address day‑to‑day problems arising from employees and promote a positive working environment.
- Promote the company in a positive manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Actively promote safeguarding and social responsibility while delivering excellent customer service.
- Support a harassment‑free, inclusive workplace and comply with equality and diversity policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or related industry.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable; willing to work day and night shifts if required by venue operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
