About you
We are looking for a Supervisor with excellent communication and people skills who is passionate about delivering first‑class service. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support and mentor Team Members, ensuring targets are achieved and morale is maintained.
- Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closing the venue.
- Assist the Venue Manager with day‑to‑day activities.
- Inspect the venue regularly to ensure high interior/exterior standards and housekeeping.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, maximizing income.
- Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Assist senior managers in maximizing business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely cash collection in accordance with company procedures.
- Enforce all company security procedures and conduct regular random checks of floats, keys, etc.
- Ensure safety for employees and patrons.
- Complete daily/weekly/periodic administration on time.
- Resolve day‑to‑day problems arising from staff.
- Create a positive working environment and promote the company to internal and external customers.
- Actively manage safeguarding and social responsibility measures while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in gaming, retail, hospitality or related industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading and mentoring others.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Availability to work both day and night shifts (including 24‑hour operation).
