Role Overview
Keyholder – Shepherds Bush
Hours: 40 hours per week. Pay: £13.60–£15.10 per hour. Night rate: £15.10 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities
- Open, trade, and close the venue in the absence of the Venue Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Issue customers change and manage personal float in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with bingo, catering or any other duties as directed by the Venue/Duty Manager.
- Process payouts for machine faults following company procedures.
- Monitor customer behaviour, identify suspicious or disruptive behaviour and report to the Venue Manager.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and report hazards to the Venue Manager.
- Handle administration accurately to 100%.
- Ensure promotions run smoothly and achieve success.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards, aiming for customer delight.
- Escalate complaints to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and comply with the company dress code.
- Promote responsible gambling strategies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within retail, hospitality or gambling sectors.
- Flexible to work a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and support the training of others.
- Role model for the team.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Training in industry and compliance will be provided.
