About You

You will have proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within the gaming, retail, hospitality or related industry.

You possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to lead and mentor others.

You are flexible, adaptable, and available to work both day and night shifts if required.

A willingness to learn and develop is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor team members, ensuring targets are achieved and morale remains high.
  • Take full responsibility for the opening, trading and closure of the venue.
  • Assist the venue manager with day‑to‑day activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high interior/exterior and housekeeping standards.
  • Establish and uphold customer service standards, maximizing income opportunities.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost revenue.
  • Assist senior managers in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash collections in line with company procedures.
  • Adhere to all company security and safety procedures, conducting random checks of floats, keys, and employees.
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and the public.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and periodic administration on time and to standard.
  • Resolve employee issues and promote a positive working environment.
  • Promote the company positively to internal and external customers.
  • Actively manage safeguarding, social responsibility, and anti‑harassment measures.
  • Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation, or discrimination of any kind.
