Responsibilities
- Ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
- Assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
- Carry out customer service in line with company standards, delivering customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during shift, logging such interactions in accordance with policies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code while on duty.
- Achieve, maintain and communicate great product knowledge to support the customer journey.
- Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
