As Venue Manager you will maximize sales, ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service, and lead the team to achieve KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of a licensed gaming centre
- Champion company standards and best practice within the venue
- Deliver marketing, promotional activities and events correctly
- Maintain physical and personal security; control cash/assets and minimise risk of loss
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers
- Operate in accordance with LCCP
- Develop and train the team to launch, refresh and align with company policy
- Manage staff and address poor performance or misconduct promptly and professionally
- Recruit and train new team members
- Maintain market and competitor awareness
- Ensure cash collections comply with company procedures
- Monitor and analyse machine income levels
- Achieve KPIs and audits, including compliance
- Adhere to health and safety practices and ensure a safe venue
- Complete administration tasks on time and to required standard
- Promote safeguarding and social responsibility measures
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and appropriately
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and brand dress code
- Discourage harassment, bullying, victimisation or discrimination of any kind
Qualifications
- Management experience within retail, hospitality or the gambling sector
- Experience with management reporting and administration
- Experience managing a team
- Experience creating staff rotas
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of budgeting and P&L reporting
- Ability to work to budgeted targets
- Flexibility and adaptability; willingness to work different shift patterns
