Position Overview

Team Member – Part Time – Kettering

Hours per week: 24

Pay Rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour

Night Rate: £13.84 per hour (between 23:00 and 06:00)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and surfaces.
  • Ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with administration tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Support promotion execution to ensure smooth operation and success.
  • Deliver customer service in line with company standards, aiming for high satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers throughout the shift, logging interactions as required by policy.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code during duty.
  • Achieve and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Gain a good understanding of safeguarding policies and challenge any harassment, victimisation or discrimination.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for delivering first‑class service.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
