About the Role

As a Team Member you hold the key to making customers feel welcome and help create the atmosphere needed to deliver a great gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with any administration as required, maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure that promotions run smoothly and are a success.
  • Deliver customer service in line with company standards, achieving 'customer satisfaction'.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers throughout the shift, logging interactions in line with policies.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code while on duty.
  • Deliver great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
