Position: Team Member – Part Time – Ilkeston
Hours per week: 16
Pay rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour. Night rate (23:00–06:00): £13.84 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
- Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
- Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards, achieving customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers throughout the shift, intervene as appropriate, and log interactions in compliance with policy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to.
- Achieve, maintain and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
- Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
