Position Overview

Team Member Nights – Part Time – Huddersfield.

Work 16 hours per week on a rota basis, predominantly between 23:00 and 06:00.

Pay ranges from £12.84 to £13.84 per hour, with a night rate of £13.84 for shifts between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Deliver service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with administration as required, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
  • Provide customer service that meets company standards and achieves customer satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating appropriately according to the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers during your shift and intervene when necessary; log interactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code while on duty.
  • Acquire, maintain and share product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Understand all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills, and a passion for providing first‑class service.
  • Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • Dedicated and attentive to detail.
  • Industry and compliance training will be provided.
