Overview
Team Member Nights - Part Time at MERKUR Slots, Harlow.
Hours per week: 24.
Pay rate: £12.84–£13.84 per hour; Night rate: £13.84 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of venue housekeeping, including regular cleaning of gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviour; note any activity considered suspicious or disruptive to smooth operation.
- Assist with administration as required to achieve accurate results.
- Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems; escalate where appropriate in accordance with the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during your shift and document interactions per policy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation in accordance with the brand dress code while on duty.
- Develop product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment; gain understanding of safeguarding policies and Challenge 25.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and people skills with a passion for first-class service.
- Flexible and able to work on a rota, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and develop; attention to detail.
- Industry and compliance training will be provided.
