Pay rate: £13.60–£15.10 per hour
Night rate: £15.10 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closure of the venue in the absence of the Venue Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard; regularly clean gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Issue customers with change and control any personal float in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as required by the Venue/Duty Manager.
- Payout for machine faults in line with company procedures when authorised.
- Monitor customer actions and behaviour; report any suspicious or disruptive behaviour to the Venue Manager.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and report potential hazards to the Venue Manager.
- Assist with administration as required to achieve 100% accuracy.
- Support promotions to run smoothly and ensure customer service aligns with company standards, aiming for customer delight.
- Escalate customer complaints to a member of management as quickly as possible.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and ensure the company dress code is observed.
- Promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
Qualifications and About You
- Flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Experience working in a similar role in retail, hospitality or gambling sector.
- Keen to learn and progress; eager to support training of others; be a role model for the team.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Industry and compliance training will be provided.
